Airbnb Automated Process: Pre-Booking to Post Check Out Auto Messages




Save time, energy, money and frustration when you onboard your helpful automated messenger system using Airbnb. It's important to include "[ THIS MESSAGE WAS AUTO-GENERATED ]" or something similar incase you are messaging with a guest and the auto-message sends in the middle of a conversation. It helps the guest understand why they are receiving that message at that exact time. Another thing to keep in mind is that auto-messages allow you to go over house rules and add in charges as needed if guests suddenly become a "bad guest." Lastly, a good thing to remember is that you can press skip on any of your messages to guests if it is simply just not applicable.

Please contact us prior to arriving at the property to let us know your expected arrival time. When you arrive at the property, give us a call and we will activate your front door access remotely using your fingerprint.


Note: Be sure to arrive at the property by 12:00 AM so our team is available to program your access for your stay. If you need alternative accommodations, simply let us know in advance.


INSIDE THE HOME

All rooms will have a sign outside the room indicating which suite it is. The bathrooms are labeled as well. Explore the home and find your cozy humble abode. :)
