You'll find us making cookies for the local kids in the area or supporting their bake sale fundraiser. Or you may see us planting flowers outside someone's home so people can enjoy them on their walk home from work. Full Circle International hosts visitors staying as short-term rentals throughout the Philadelphia area including over 23  listings! In the past, our On-Site Manager, Stephen Merkel, has hosted events for our guests and local community like movie nights, twisted paint nights, and Wellness Wednesdays.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and tech-savvy individual to join our close-knit culture. We are looking for the following qualifications in our applicants. 

​

• Local to South Philadelphia (within a 15-minute drive)

• Must be available daily between 9 AM - 4 PM 

• Must have hospitality or residential cleaning experience

• Car preferred, but not required, but must have reliable transportation

• Polished and professional

• Shows up on time, or early

• Responds quickly to communication

• Organized, tech-savvy, and motivated to grow with our team

Schedule Your Interview

We will reach out to schedule a 15-minute interview and from there you may be invited in for training.

​

4-Day Training | Schedule & Compensation

If you are invited to training, you will be compensated $150 for the training period. Your schedule would be as follows. 

​

Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 9AM - 4PM

​

On your last day of training, we will review your cleaning training submissions and if everything looks good, you will be awarded a position with our team.

Professional Cleaner | Schedule & Compensation

Pay is up to $20 per hour based on performance plus bonuses and incentives. Below are the following cleaning schedules. We are in need of 2-4 cleaners on a daily basis starting immediately.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 9AM - 1PM/4PM

​

Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 9AM - 1PM/4PM
